Project Manager

As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our teams in Brussels.

Your role

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex transformation projects from definition to delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stakeholders and project teams.

Depending on the assignment, you may work across sectors such as banking, insurance, energy or cybersecurity.

Your responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and business and IT stakeholders;
• Act as a key client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and priorities;
• Lead project governance and provide clear reporting;
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment;
• Support and guide analysts and consultants involved in project delivery.

Your profile

• You have 5+ years of experience in Project Management, consulting or transformation projects;
• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management or an equivalent field;
• You have experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders;
• You combine strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills;
• You are autonomous, proactive, structured and client-oriented;
• Experience in a regulated environment is an asset;
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus;
• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
