Internship Responsibilities
Consulting Tasks:
- Conduct market research and analyze data for projects.
- Assist consultants in project planning and execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Participate in client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
HR Tasks:
- Identify and source potential candidates.
- Organize and prepare interviews.
- Conduct first-round qualification interviews and manage follow-ups.
- Draft and prepare consultant contracts.
- Maintain and update the HR tool.
