Business Analyst

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our teams in Brussels.
Your role
As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to high-impact transformation projects, acting as a bridge between business needs and actionable solutions.
Depending on the assignment, you may work across sectors such as banking, insurance, energy or cybersecurity, supporting clients in improving their processes, systems and ways of working.
Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements through stakeholder workshops;
- Map and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience;
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and process documentation;
- Collaborate closely with business, IT and other key stakeholders;
- Support testing activities, including UAT, and contribute to change management and user adoption;
- Contribute to digital transformation, operational excellence and new operating model initiatives;
- Support projects while taking into account relevant business, technical and regulatory constraints;
- Work in agile, waterfall or hybrid project environments.
Your profile
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, consulting, digital transformation or operational excellence;
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics, Engineering or an equivalent field;
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- You are able to translate complex business or technical needs into clear and pragmatic solutions;
- You communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
- You are autonomous, proactive, structured and client-oriented;
- Previous experience in banking, insurance, energy, cybersecurity or another regulated environment is an asset;
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
